Show'N'tell theme for this month: "Heat!"

Tuesday, July 6th meeting will feature our Cesar Palacio - Creating Borders in Photoshop!

The 1st Tuesday, July 6th, meeting will feature our Cesar Palacio in a hands-on, step-by-step tutorial on the technique of creating in Photoshop a border for your photograph utilizing unique elements contained in the photograph itself, producing a border that is seamlessly blended with the the image, color and tones of the target photograph. He will also leap over a tall building at an incredible speeding-train pace!

The Show’n’Tell theme is “Heat!” This would be an good meeting to which to invite a photographic friend!

Bring ONE or TWO enlargements for an informal critique by early arriving members. A number limit is more focused and allows more members to receive comments. Some members meet for a pre-meeting snack at Yesterday’s in Five Points at 5:30 p.m.

(Up to 7 images per member) Bring on a flash drive or CD, files no larger than 1440 pixels on the longest side.
August=Celebrate • October=Colorful

SEPTEMBER 2010: “ANYTHING GOES” PRINT CONTEST
Two prints per member. Minimum requirements: An 8x10 print mounted on a stiff board. Prints may be any size larger and may be matted and/or framed. Get ready for State Fair(?). Please, no previously displayed images or previous contest entries. No added text or titles.

NOVEMBER 2010: PROJECTED IMAGE CONTEST ON “LIQUID”
Three images per member. Theme is the ultimate judging criteria. Digital files should not be larger than 1440 pixels on the longest side @72ppi. Bring on flash drive or CD. Please, no previously displayed images or previous contest entries. No added text or titles.
